Seriously Maxis, you call this a Downtown? Seven apartment blocks and some concrete don't make it so. I've added lots and lots of neighborhood deco to get a more urban look and feel, especially for the view from the houses. Living in a city does not mean you have a lovely vista of miles of empty concrete, I don't think.

I haven't really touched the lots in here yet, I will probably fiddle around with rebuilding when I need a break from actually playing.
