I've put together a new Megahood (using meetme2theriver 's brilliant templates), with Downtown as my main hood. It's called Sim City in my game, as 'Downtown' is so generic, and I've always wanted to actually play the city mentioned in all those chancecards :) Or at least a small part of it.

I populated Sim City with a bunch of bin families, and resurrected the Tricou's and Rainelle Neengia.
