Davin's week was pretty boring. He's a working, single Sim who hates at least half of the town's population (which FINALLY got a name, by the way: Riverside Hollow. I know, not very original, but I'm already glad it's no longer The Unnamed BaCC) Davin moved in to the Lovelace sister's old house, which stood empty after the sisters had moved in with their respective boyfriends/husbands.
There's really not that much to say about his week. I did have various Sims come over in an attempt to make nice with Davin (they're feeling a bit sorry for him, after all.) I think the pictures will speak for themselves, so you get a picspam without a lot of nattering on my side for once :)

Nate Babbling has been a bit worried about his Servo mate, Anna. She's become quite withdrawn lately, spending hours playing with the little toy robot that Teddy gave to her a while ago.
She seemed quite upset when she figured out that the toy robot wasn't actually self aware. Now she lets it roam around the carpet, looking at it wistfully as it fails to overcome a crinkle in the fabric.

The Babblings are slightly more on themselves than the rest of the neighbourhood is. They spend most of their time studying and trying to invent useful things for the town. Rose's new LTW is to max out 7 skills, so she has her nose buried in the books quite often. Teddy - or Theodore as he's actually called, does anyone even remember that? :) - busies himself with his research and is trying to get published in one of the leading scientific magazines in SimNation.

The Greengrass household has been shook up badly by Myra and Davin's divorce. Myra's furious with Davin, the kids are furious with Davin, and Davin's furious with Myra. Of course, he gets to be a jerk about it and steal their invisible newspapers.
The atmosphere in the house is tense, as the situation has taken its toll on everybody's moods. Cordelia has been trying to distance herself from her mother, and Stephen, who got along with his dad very well, has been in a right state, throwing tantrums and being rather more unpleasant than usual. Little Hannah is too young to really understand what's going on, thankfully.

I'm a bit tired and under the weather tonight, so this update will be mostly picspam with a few comments thrown in here and there to clarify things.


Winter seems to have brought a little surprise present for Violet, though. I wonder what it could be?

Winter has fallen over the village. Food has been stocked, pipes insulated and warm clothes taken out of the closet. Now there's not much left to do aside from sitting out the season and watching the pretty snowflakes fall.

Either I took fewer pictures this round, or some have been lost in the PC crash. Either way, the updates this week are going to be a bit shorter than usual :)
