Felix is starting to think about his retirement, as Flora is taking over more and more of his political responsibilities.
Lily has stepped up Flora's training as a good witch, and spends her days liaising with the White Council about the current situation with Stephen Withergrass.
Flora is a very busy girl, trying to juggle her political career with her duties as a good witch. She is romantically attached to Warren Muntz, but the relationship is pretty passionless.
Freesia is becoming more and more of a wildchild, and has turned her boyfriend Rajat into a werewolf, against Felix' wishes.
Fox and his girlfriend Hannah Greengrass, who has come to live with the Fenwicks after having been kicked out of the house by her sister Cordelia, are preparing for their life together. Hannah has hopes to become a writer, while Fox has been giving the Law Enforcement career consideration. 

 

The Picklethorpe Family


 

Arthur has styled himself Captain Hero, Protector of Riverside Hollow, but was outclassed by Stephen Withergrass when he handled the Riverside Burglar before Arthur could.
Violet putters about in her little tailoring shop, where she sells fabrics, clothes, quilts and the likes. She worries about her daughter, who doesn't have any children of her age around her, and has been hanging out with the older kids of the town lately.
Wensleydale has all the makings of a great chef, and dreams of opening his own restaurant when he grows up. Despite being born of two Grilled Cheese loving parents, he absolutely can't stand the stuff.
Brie has an artist's soul, but little direction in her life. She's been growing up too fast and doesn't seem to take her future seriously.

The Greengrass Family


 

The matrilineal Greengrass family has been headed by Cordelia after her mother's death. She dreams of a large family, and is currently pregnant with her second child. She has decided that this year, she won't be giving away her crops for free anymore, and will soon open the Greengrass Grocery Store, where the sims of Riverside Hollow can buy the fruit and vegetables that she grows on her farm. This decision has been the cause of a lot of controversy in town, with some calling her a greedy harridan. Not that her reputation hasn't already been tarnished by kicking out her little sister Hannah.
Victor is Cordelia's loving but slightly clueless husband. He has taken over the role of town teacher after Myra died, but has trouble keeping the children in line. His greatest dream is to build a University for the young sims of Riverside Hollow, but he currently lacks the connections he will need to lobby for it in Sim City.

 

The Babbling Family


 

Rose has a busy life, being the town's official repair woman. She spends most of her days fixing small mechanical problems for other sims and taking care of the upkeep of Riverside Hollow's facilities. She built the small water treatment machine and electricity generator herself, but hopes that with the help of Felix' funds and a proper connection to Downtown, the town will be able to upgrade to better amenities soon, especially as more and more sims are flocking to the settlement.
Theodore, or Teddy as he's known by everyone, has made his name as one of the top scientists of SimNation. His new life's project is the study of alien/sim hybrids, and fighting for their place in sim society. He hopes that his daughter Ivy will help establish a stable alien population on this planet.
Ivy loves her parents, even though they are quite overbearing and seem to be trying to arrange her entire life for her. She is dedicated to providing Riverside Hollow with the best medical care she can, but lacks both facilities and supplies. She's currently dating Bo Nadhira, another alien/sim hybrid who has been frequenting the town. The match has been arranged by her father, but she's become good friends with him and keeps an open mind about the matter.

The Other Babbling Family


 

Nate's pub the Four Corners has made enough of a name for itself that he's been able to take the concept and try to make a franchise out of it. He's a competent businessman, and is shooting up the ranks of his career.
Anna has reprogrammed her personality to that of a Family sim, and is much happier for it. She and Nate got married and adopted little Meadow, Anna's pride and joy. She hopes that (with some heavy bribing on Nate's part) she'll be able to adopt more children and offer them a good home. 
 

The Withergrass Family


 

Stephen's masterplan of taking over the world is currently in its first stage: trying to recruit other sims for his own cult. He's charismatic enough that he's managed to get some potential followers, and devious enough to make sure that they won't be trying to get out anytime soon. Introduced into the dark arts by his girlfriend's mentor Nicodemus Callicantzaros, he's proven to be a powerful spellcaster with a special penchant for dark magic.
Yue is Stephen's faithful partner in crime as well as his lover. She specialises in making potions and magical ingredients, and is a pretty good cook to boot. She first met Stephen through his older sister Cordelia, and while at first he creeped her out, she got to know him better after his teen transition and found the relentless way in which he persued her charming. 

The Button Family


 

Liam aspires to make it big in journalism, and thinks that he's found the story that will make him break through in Stephen Withergrass' shady dealings. While he first approached him with the idea of infiltrating whatever Stephen was up to, he's secretly become fascinated by the power Stephen claims he has to offer.
Kate might have her reservations about her husband's career choices, but she's kept busy by her own research into the aquatic fauna of Riverside Hollow's river. As a Marine Biologist, she has catalogued many so far undiscovered specimens, and spends most of her time by the riverside. She intensely dislikes Freesia Fenwick, and hates that her children seem to love that no-good gravedigging excuse for an adventurer.
Twins Ryan and Roxanne love exploring the surrounding countryside and often spend entire afternoons out with Freesia, digging up small treasures and discovering new landmarks.

The Johnson Family


 

 

These three friends have only just arrived at Riverside Hollow, with very different goals in mind.
Adam coasts through life and thinks the whole adventure is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, while Joshua is set on meeting all the beautiful ladies he's heard live around here.
