I was messing around in my SimNation region in SC4 (the old version, I need to get around to making the new one at some point), and I spotted a terrain I apparently made at one point and then forgot all about.

I figured I might as well dust it off and make it available for download, in case anyone could use it. I can't remember for what purpose I made it at all, so feel free to make it your own :)
