I added three more buildings, using the Fake Rowhouse technique. I'm new at it, and it took a couple of tries to get what I wanted, but I'm quite happy with the results :) Angler's Cove now has its own pub (The Sailor's Head), restaurant (Lighthouse Diner), and a small residential lot. Only the Lighthouse Diner has been furnished so far, and I haven't completely settled on a style yet, but it's looking good so far.

I also updated the Sim City makeovers with personal portraits for the sims. I had to split the post in two, because it got too large with the added pictures. You can find them here and here.





The Lighthouse Diner (so named because it overlooks the lighthouse - original, I know.) I find cornerlot fake rowhouses fiendishly difficult to build, I couldn't get the roof right without the diagonal part getting really dense, ugly shadows.

View from the back of the block. The residential rowhouse is actually quite spacious for a 2x1 lot, but I've got the feeling that it's slightly bigger than the other two lots and therefor not proportionate...  I've also got no idea what causes that ugly black patch on the back of the restaurant =/
