Supervillain-ing is more something for Stephen, I think. Davin could do a convincing Hulk though.

Hey, a question about the rules: are sims allowed to visit secret hobby lots if there's no connection to Downtown?

Hmm, I hadn't really thought of that. What would you say?

I think it would be more logical if they could only access them once Downtown is available - those lots are fully equipped with items that require electricity and running water, and definitely aren't huts in the middle of nowhere.

I'm just finishing up week three in my game and too realised that not a whole lot has happened (establishing a town wise, plenty of other stuff has happened), but I actually really like it, it's much more realistic than how quickly a town could be built in the original rules.

That's what I like about the rules as well, stuff progresses much more slowly, but any progression feels like an actual accomplishment. If you want to you can push out the boat and really go for unlocking stuff and making money, but I don't see why I'd want an established city in the first generation already.
