BaCC: Status Update  
Status Update for the BaCC. We're currently on Year One, Winter, and managed not to make a whole lot of progress. That's allright though, I don't feel like rushing through this :)

Supervillain-ing is more something for Stephen, I think. Davin could do a convincing Hulk though.

I think it would be more logical if they could only access them once Downtown is available - those lots are fully equipped with items that require electricity and running water, and definitely aren't huts in the middle of nowhere.
